La Table du Carlina welcomes you into a warm and friendly atmosphere in the heart of the mountains, offering a gourmet break at any time of day. Whether in the dining room or on the sunny terrace, the chef serves generous, seasonal cuisine made with carefully selected fresh ingredients.
At lunchtime, settle in facing the peaks and discover a seasonal menu full of sunny flavours. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes more intimate and the menu features more refined creations.
External guests are also welcome and, during the summer season, can enjoy the facilities of the Carlina hotel, including a swimming pool, pétanque court and trampoline, for a relaxing and convivial experience.

Menu très bon : 2 choix à chaque fois (pour entrée, plat et dessert qui change chaque soir). Je mange sans gluten et le chef s’adapte gentiment (pain sans gluten). Le service est très rapide et to it le personnel est adorable (Léna, la maître d’hôtel, les serveur, le sommelier)
Ambiance feutrée et très bon rapport qualité prix.
Le var est top aussi : cocktail top et ambiance en musique animée par Lena le mardi soir (on a testé 2 fois pendant les vacances de Noël et 1 fois en février !)
