Chef Thibault Schach has put his creative signature on the Carlina menu with refined dishes including many specialities served on the terrace or inside the restaurant with its warm and comforting natural tones during winter and summer.

The Chef’s expertise in preparing the meats and showcasing the best local and seasonal produce has made the Carlina a much-loved restaurant in La Plagne: Starters specials include red-label Norwegian salmon with fresh and zingy zests, while the Rossini beef with smooth seasonal vegetables is a must-try pièce de resistance. 

La Table du Carlina is the perfect place for a nutritious break after your morning ski or mountain bike run or for a culinary treat in the evening.
