Chef Thibault Schach’s refined cuisine is a delight to savour after a good morning’s skiing, and the Carlina’s terrace is the ideal place for a gourmet break. In the sunshine, warm up before enjoying your meal, and in the evening admire the sunset.

Our team carefully selects local, seasonal produce. Our mastery of cooking and the way we showcase our products are a real treat for the taste buds. For starters, try our delicious salads, prepared with care, followed by fish straight from the market or a fine piece of pork, and finish on a gourmet note.
