La Table du Carlina welcomes you in a warm and friendly setting, nestled in the heart of the mountains, for a gourmet break at any time of the day. Whether indoors or on our sunny terrace, our chef offers generous, seasonal cuisine prepared with carefully selected fresh ingredients.
At lunchtime, settle in facing the peaks and discover a summer menu full of sunny flavors: sharing boards, creative salads, zucchini fritters, beef tartare, or Beaufort cheese ravioli. For a sweet finish, the pistachio fondant, fruit pavlova, or summer truffle praline tart will delight the most indulgent.
In the evening, the atmosphere becomes more intimate. The menu expands to include refined creations: Andalusian gazpacho with prawns, perfect egg with Beaufort cream, cod brandade, butterfish fillet, or peppered beef fillet. Traditional lovers will also appreciate our fondues and raclettes, offered even during the warmer months.
Guests from outside are welcome and can enjoy the hotel Carlina‘s facilities in summer: swimming pool, pétanque court, and trampoline, for a relaxing moment.
