Peak Management was set up to create a new way of life in the mountains by rethinking the customer experience while modernising, renovating or even creating new accommodations in the Alps.
The company runs and manages 3*, 4* and 5* hotels, luxury chalets and premium residences ideally located right off the slopes in high-altitude resorts. In 2026, after 6 years of existence, the group is now home to 12 hotels, 8 chalets, 5 residences and 18 restaurants.
Peak Management aspires to become the leading luxury hotel group in the French Alps, an ambition that is supported by the group’s great expertise in acquisitions, asset financing and management, construction, renovation and hotels-residences-restaurant-and-chalet management.

Our hotels, chalets and residences offer a varied portfolio of eclectic, authentic, exciting, luxurious and intimate havens discreetly tucked away or sitting majestically and harmoniously in extraordinary parts of the mountains. Thanks to our dedicated teams of local professionals, Les Etincelles seeks to complement the customer experience with a premium service for our guests so they can enjoy unforgettable moments in the mountains.
Sustainability is one of our central focuses when undertaking renovation projects: we design and build respecting the mountain’s natural environment. Our investment project rests on 3 main pillars that are an integral part of our CSR: sustainable initiatives to fight climate change, priority given to high-altitude resorts and project development.

In 2022, Les Etincelles acquired 5 new 5* hotels, 3 chalets and a residence in Val Thorens, l’Alpe d’Huez and Les Arcs with ten or so more projects scheduled for 2030.
