Our website exclusively offers accommodations that are part of Les Etincelles group. So by reaching out to us or on our website we can give you access to the best deals and answer all your questions directly and quickly.
During the booking process, clients are required to pay a deposit and enter the payment card details to secure the booking including the accommodation and the duration.

You will find your reservation number in the confirmation email that was sent to your mailbox which you should receive 24 hours after your reservation at the latest on the email address entered when making the reservation. Otherwise, give us a call and we will send you the confirmation email again.
That would depend on the rate that you chose. Most of the time we ask for either a deposit or the total amount during the booking. This information will be given to you during your booking process and before the payment step.
