Beautiful spacious room, walk-in wardrobe area, lovely bathroom, nice little balcony, albeit looking at the bubble that runs through the town.
Half-board food, aside from the odd wobble, was certainly mostly to a high standard and very enjoyable. We only felt inclined to exercise the 2 alternative restaurant options for dinner on one occasion. Breakfasts were great also.
Service wasn’t quite up to an international 5* standard, but was polite, reasonably efficient, and generally friendly & helpful.
Instead of a ski/boot room, hotel (not apartment) guests leave their equipment in the in-house ski shop. Very convenient with lots of space to put on boots, and you step out straight into the mid-station of the bubble connecting the old and new town sections, so pretty close to being but not truly ski in-out.

Petit hic l’alarme qui s’est déclenchée à 23h sans nous donner d’explication nous demandant simplement de retourner dans nos chambres et le hammam, jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas 10h30.
J’ai insisté en vain.
Le lendemain jour de notre départ j’ai vu mon sac à la réception qui avait été oublié.
Le seul bémol du séjour.
Le personnel est prévenant, très attentif, charmant, discret.
Le petit déjeuner présente un grand choix de produits souvent locaux délicieux.
Le spa et les prestations de thalassothérapie sont très agréables après une journée de ski.
La location du matériel de ski se fait dans l’établissement.
Bref tout est parfait!!! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable!!!

Car park
Parking is available in the hotel's covered car park, at a cost of €28 per day, per vehicle. The car park only has limited space so needs to be booked ahead.
Pets
Pets are welcome at the hotel for an additional fee of €25 per day, per pet. Let us know during your booking so we can arrange this for you.
