We ate in both restaurants. Highly recommend the set daily 6 course menu, we hadn’t booked it on the Sunday evening and loved it. Later in the week we ate downstairs as had another lovely meal.

Nous sommes venus en précisant que nous allions commander le menu dégustation vegan. En fait il n’y en a pas, on a juste droit à des adaptations du menu normal, et c’était franchement décevant. Mon plat présenté comme un risotto de légumes n’était qu’une grande quantité de brunoise cuite à l’huile (qu’on avait déjà eu dans l’amuse bouche). C’est assez fou qu’en 2026 on pense que les personnes végétaliennes ne se nourrissent que de légumes sans besoin de protéines. Nous avons quand même pu bénéficier d’un dessert adapté (un crumble). Le personnel était charmant par ailleurs.

Court passage où nous avons pu apprécier le Bar et le restaurant. Beaucoup d’attention par l’ensemble du personnel rencontré, à tous les instants.
Déjeuner à l’Atelier, on recommande tout : la soupe à l’oignon , les pâtes bolognaise (menu enfant), la tartine végétarienne. On recommande !
