Cette seconde réservation a été faite directement à la réception lors du check out de notre premier séjour, et nous aurions apprécié que l’on nous prévienne qu’une cinquantaine de rugbymen seraient présents cette semaine pour un séminaire/stage, ce qui a grandement perturbe notre séjour.
Rien à redire contre les sportifs ou le personnel de l’hôtel qui fait le maximum pour minimiser les nuisances pour les autres clients, mais de fait, la présence d’un groupe important comme celui-ci réduit l’espace disponible pour les clients. Par exemple pendant les repas ou les 2/3 de l’espace était réservé aux sportifs et où nous avons eu l’impression d’être relégués dans un coin de la salle.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner était tres réduit (par rapport à notre séjour précèdent) indigne d’un 4 étoiles, largement moins bien garni que celui des rugbymen.
Une soiree festive dont nous nous serions bien passes était organisée pour le groupe en extérieur sur la terrasse en dessous des chambres avec grillades et odeurs qui montait jusqu’au 5 ieme étage (nous obligeant à fermer la fenêtre) musique et chanson paillardes jusqu’à 21H30.
Bref, si l’on nous avait prévenu de la présence d’un groupe si important lors de la réservation, nous ne serions pas venus.
En réservant dans un hôtel affiche 4* avec SPA, le but est de se reposer dans le calme.
Le restaurant est magnifique, la cuisine remarquable et le service irréprochable. Un immense bravo à Vito, le directeur, ainsi qu’à toute son équipe, qui sont absolument parfaits : professionnels, attentionnés, souriants et toujours aux petits soins.
Un véritable sans-faute du début à la fin. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ❤️
J’ai juste trouver dommage que les animaux sont acceptés car il y avait pas mal de poile sur les canapé du salon du bar…
Sinon l’espace piscine est pas mal un peu frais par contre !

Il y a des affiches dans le couloir à côté de la salle de soins avec les différents massages proposés, lors de notre réservation, nous avons eu un mail avec la carte des soins, je suis allée à l’accueil pour réserver un massage, on m’a répondu qu’il n’y en avait pas en été, où est cette mention ? En répondant que c’était dommage à la réceptionniste, celle-ci m’a répondu « c’est comme Ça », peut-être qu’une réponse différente aurait été un peu plus appropriée.
Malgré tout, nous avons passé un séjour agréable et une grande partie du personnel est très aimable.
Ambiance cosy, chambres spacieuses, confortables et bien équipées.
Tout est très propre.
Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant, toujours attentif et aux petits soins.
La piscine et le spa sont un vrai plus.
Le petit-déjeuner est varié. Les excellents repas sont composés de produit de qualité.
Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter.
