C’est exactement le genre d’hôtel qu’on aimerait trouver à chaque fois au ski. Ambiance chaleureuse avec un salon et feu ouvert pour se réchauffer, spa complet et très agréable, casiers chauffés pour le matériel, navette rapide… tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit facile et confortable.
Et surtout, toute l’équipe a été au top : sympathique, efficace, souriante, de la réception au restaurant, en passant par le spa, le personnel de chambre et la direction. Cela fait vraiment plaisir de séjourner dans un endroit aussi accueillant.
Je recommande à 100 % et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe !

Bon emplacement mais globalement c’est le service qui pêche, clairement pas à la hauteur d’un cinq étoiles, au bar et au restaurant. Repas simple, là encore vous ne mangez pas mieux que dans un autre restaurant/hotel basique. Les toilettes sont peu avenantes et laissées sales…
Bref, nous n’avons pas compris les cinq étoiles lors de nos visites
Next, the staff were just AMAZING and super friendly! I especially LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff who brought us chocolates and treats every night. And everyone there was just so friendly and kind. The food at the restaurant was excellent! I am absolutely obsessed with that les croziflette. I also loooove all the drinks too.
The room is so cozy and warm. I love the ski chalet and log cabin theme. And everything was super clean and comfortable. After the festival, I literally slept for 24 hours in that comfy bed. Thank you SO SO SO much! Please save me a spot for TML Winter 2027 🙂
