Children are allowed access between 10 am and 6 pm. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

The customer reviews
Location: right on the slopes, with easy ski-in ski-out. The ability to hire kit from the hotel shop and use it as a boot room is fantastic. The views are wonderful.
Food: Generally excellent with plenty of variety in the half board. The six course dinner can be a bit much in quantity but, after the first day, missing out the soup and cheese course made it work. There is also a ‘brasserie’ style restuarant with a panoramic terrace which is great at lunchtime .
Staff: Could not be more helpful and friendly. They mostly speak perfect English but, equally, appreciate the effort if you speak to them in French. They were always proactive in being helpful.
Rooms: Very nicely finished and spotlessly clean. I did find even my deluxe room a little on the small side. They do have one small oddity of automatic lights if you go to the loo, and they stay on for about 5 minutes. This can be quite disturbing.
Overall: I will definitely return and I have very fond memories of the hotel and my week of skiing!
L’hôtel ne pourrait être mieux situé, au plus proche des pistes. Le personnel a été des plus agréables, et serviable. Partout, en tout temps. Mention spéciale pour la dame du ski shop qui n’est pas avare de conseil sur le choix et l’entretien de votre équipement.
La restauration n’est pas à oublier. Le petit déjeuner est copieux tout comme les portions des repas que vous prendrez dans leur restaurants respectifs.
Nous aurons grand plaisir à retourner dans cet hôtel.

Et ce fut un séjour plaisant en tout point :
– le personnel d’accueil et de bagagerie est chaleureux et disponible à toute heure de la journée pour vous offrir leurs services;
– le personnel de chambres est rigoureux, discret et efficient;
– le personnel de restauration est dynamique, souriant et avenant;
– le personnel du spa est attentionné et aux petits soins;
– le personnel du skishop est rafraîchissant, à l’écoute et toujours prêt à partager une touche d’humour de bon matin. Quel plaisir qu’on nous apporte nos chaussures de ski le matin !

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est unique, la vue des chambres, du bar et des restaurants est imprenable. On se laisse volontiers tenter par une pause au soleil face aux pistes, dans les canapés de la terrasse ou dans les transats du bistrot. Quelques secondes suffisent pour chausser les skis et se retrouver sur les pistes, tout est d’une simplicité déconcertante !

Le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel est varié, gourmand et idéal pour démarrer la journée, le personnel est désireux de répondre à nos besoins afin que que nous ne manquions de rien.

La petite attention (la cerise sur le gâteau) est celle du personnel de chambre qui vous dépose chaque soir une petite douceur sur le lit, tout en assurant une touche de propreté complémentaire.

Le spa face à la montagne est un bijou, il propose tous les équipements (piscine, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, salle de repos, massages) pour nous offrir un moment d’évasion. On s’y accoutume vite et même jusqu’au jour du départ !

Le ballet du personnel que l’on voit et que l’on ne voit pas est minutieusement orchestré pour nous permettre de nous délecter de chaque moment.
