A tender rump steak spiced with local herbs and served with beetroot polenta, parmesan or truffle risotto, gravlax salmon…a selection of refined local cheese (Savoie, Piedmont, Aoste): Gorgonzola, Beaufort, Persillé de Tignes, Tomme…and sweet desserts including French and Italian pastries and homemade ice cream.
