The Koh-I Nor’s very-own gastronomic restaurant welcomes guests for a unique culinary experience combining the best of local produce to enhance the chef’s creative recipes including truffle-bases specialities. 

Our head chef Eric Samson draws on his Breton origins to elevate his dishes with a great focus on the black ‘melanosporum’ truffle which he carefully picks from his own  patch. Authenticity, attention to detail and creativity are at the heart of the Diamant Noir experience.

Our pastry chef, Swann Lavigne, has imagined for you a selection of original and seasonal desserts.
