Our chef and his team artfully forage through the hotel’s very-own permaculture garden to craft the hotel restaurant’s signature dishes. Our head chef grows and selects local vegetables and aromatic herbs to enhance his truly unique menu.
The elegant restaurant welcomes guests in an intimate and serene atmosphere overlooking the Lac du Bourget. Guests can admire the impressive landscape and charming nature through the bay windows or lounge on the sun-kissed panoramic terrace.
The hotel’s bar lounge regularly hosts live music evenings and invites holidaymakers to share relaxing moments by the fireplace.
The hotel also offers a snack menu including savoury or sweet treats served in the bar lounge or on the terrace and by the pool throughout the day, together with homemade delicacies from our food truck.
The Incomparable also invites cigar lovers to its distinguished smoke room with a bar offering a comprehensive selection of premium vintages.

We welcome you to our bistronomic restaurant, an ideal place to enjoy refined and local cuisine. Enjoy the cosy and chic atmosphere of the restaurant. When the weather is mild, sit on the terrace and enjoy the panorama and the view of the lake.
Our cuisine is a subtle blend of tradition and boldness. The chef gives pride of place to local and seasonal products. You will be able to taste a delicious Savoy trout, local tomme cheese, or the honey of the Incomparable hotel which accompanies a delicious citrus fruit tartlet.

A true source of inner balance, each of our treatments is tailored to meet your specific needs: body and facial massages, body treatments, hand and foot beauty… a moment of profound well-being.

Outdoor swimming pool
Spend an afternoon in an idyllic setting at the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool. A large pool with comfortable sunbeds, ideal to take a timeout, read and relax outdoors in our spacious garden lounge area.
The bar service includes fresh fruit juices and homemade specialities with our partner food truck offering gourmet “finger food” and delicious homemade snacks.
Indoor swimming pool
With the many activities available (taking a walk around Aix-les,Bains, water-ski, tennis) or in our spa with well-being treatments available as well as a hammam steam bath, guests can also enjoy a few laps in our serene spa environment and its indoor pool.

To enhance the benefits of the relaxing dry heat, the hotel sauna is wonderfully located on the spa terrace overlooking the lake to help you relax your mind, body and soul.
