Treat yourself to a gourmet moment where time stands still in the restaurant of Michelin-starred chef Antoine Cevoz-Mamy, assisted by Mickael Saunus. This newly decorated restaurant welcomes you on the panoramic terrace or in the cosy setting of the 5* hotel l’Incomparable with its eternal view over the Lac du Bourget.
Having worked in many prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, including the Greenhouse in London, Antoine Cevoz-Mamy returned to his native Savoie in 2015 to put all his expertise at the service of a cuisine inspired by his ‘locavore’ approach, enhancing his dishes with local ingredients.
This commitment led him to create an inspired menu with permaculture vegetables and aromatic herbs to bring out the flavour of some of the specialities of local gastronomy: roast squash accompanied by a decoction of gentian brandy or Savoy lake trout cooked in clay… all gourmet dishes served in two tasting menus without forgetting the homemade pastries.
