Before your arrival
Our teams will make sure that your stay with us is a total breeze: Let us know your estimated arrival time so that we can inform you of the local weather (which can change very quickly) and parking facilities as the hotel has a private car park which you can book ahead.
Our staff will also be able to inform you about the weather forecast for your stay, as well as the activities and events taking place in and around the resort that week.
For holidaymakers coming by train, we can arrange shuttles and taxis for your transfers to the hotel.

Our reception service will present you with the different ski pass options and available deals before your stay (family pass, group pass, for pedestrians, My Tignes activities) and will take care of booking and collecting your passes so you can ski from the get-go.
Our ski-shop team will also be happy to advise you on your ski equipment and accessories needs in our shop located within the hotel. Choose from our catalogue of quality equipment, and top-performing gear from the latest brands, and our team will get everything ready for you to ski from the get-to.
During your stay

The ‘ski-out / ski in’ hotel enjoys direct access to the slopes and ski lifts to make your holidays that much easier. Slide straight in and out of the hotel’s secured ski room and let your equipment dry overnight so you can go straight into relaxing mode in our spa.
Let our staff book you into our spa (sauna, hammam) with body care and treatments or direct you to our heated swimming pool for a welcome break.
There are different breakfast and half-board options to choose from in our restaurants, let us know your preference at the time of your booking.
